About Us

Our
Story
We are two doulas with years of experience supporting families through birth and postpartum care, brought together by our different cultural backgrounds and our shared love for maternal care. Together, we created this space because we see a big gap in postpartum care in our generation and in our country.
We live in a culture that often values productivity over rest, where the village that once surrounded new mothers looks very different, and where mothers are often expected to quickly “bounce back”, recover, and return to work and everyday life. We believe the immediate postpartum period is not a time to rush through, but the foundation that can shape a mother’s physical, emotional, and spiritual transition into motherhood. Across many cultures, postpartum has long been honored as a sacred window of rest, nourishment, protection, and deep care for the mother.
We are here to bring awareness back to this sacred season and help restore the tradition of mother centered postpartum care by offering nourishing food, restorative bodywork, and intentional support so mothers can heal, replenish, and feel deeply held as they enter this new chapter.

More About Fabiola
Fabiola is a bilingual full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, and midwife student. Originally from Spain, she moved to the U.S. in her teen years to pursue higher education. While her path took many turns, it was through working with a women’s group and supporting her goddaughter’s birth that she was called to birth work. It was within that circle of women that she discovered the power of community, the importance of leaning on others, and the truth that we are not meant to walk these transformative journeys alone.
Rooted in cultural humility, Fabiola approaches birth and reproductive care with deep respect, empathy, and a commitment to honoring each family’s unique story. Her practice centers around emotional support, ceremony, and tradition, offering care that uplifts the sacredness of pregnancy, birth, loss, and postpartum. By drawing on ancestral knowledge and tools such as breathwork, body awareness, movement, and intuition, she helps clients connect to their inner power during even the most challenging physical and emotional experiences.
Fabiola has supported a wide range of families: from first-time parents to those welcoming siblings, navigating VBACs, cesarean births, pregnancy after loss, and postpartum healing journeys. She is experienced in hospital, home, and birth center settings, and holds space for each client with compassion, presence, and purpose.
